I want to formally thank you each of you for all you have done to jump-start my late-in-life real estate career.
As you may know... I have had a successful sales and marketing career in the photographic supply business which included an executive position with a Fortune 100 company as well as owning my own international supply business. "Retiring" just a few years ago..... there was something missing in my life. I was always quite active and needed an outlet........ Real Estate was the answer... but how to get it going?.
Just out of real estate school.... and not knowing anyone in the business was a challenge. After a false start. and a little discouraged, I met all of you and the future became brighter. I enrolled in your Executive Launch program and from the first day in class, I knew you were the group I wanted to be associated with. I particularly liked the structure of the program as well as the knowledgeable "outside" Realty Executive instructors and Transaction Advisors. Bringing in the many qualified "outside" vendors was very helpful as well.
Dale, with your leadership and knowledge of real estate as well as your practical teaching skills, you made the course subjects come alive and easy to comprehend. No one in your class would be left behind as the class size was very manageable and every student enjoyed helping each other as well.
Scott, with your computer and technical skills... you are at the forefront of today's Real Estate technology. Thank you for personalizing and helping to get my website (www.dennisliddell.com) up and running efficiently. I have had quite a few glowing compliments on the site.
Barbara, you have been extremely helpful and always available if I needed a particular question answered. When you said that if any of us had a question or needed help or advice on a listing, purchase or whatever situation, just call. While I have not been wanting to abuse this request... you have always answered questions promptly.. who in the world now says, "call and we will do our best to get back to you in an hour or less". Well, you always have and I thank you.
I also have to thank your(our) Transaction Advisors... Mike Bodeen is my knowledgeable go-to guy..., like all of you... it is nice to have a team behind you, encouraging you and enjoying in your success.
Since graduating from Executive Launch just a short time ago, I have had several Residential Listings as well as a Vacant Land Listing, several Residential Purchases, several Rental Leases and one New Home Inventory sale. Also I have been starting to get Referrals, both from inside as well as outside Realty Executives. This year has been great and I look forward to bigger and better things in 2007 with Realty Executives and the Executive Launch team.
