Training: The advanced training offered through Executive Launch and Realty Executives teaches you how to start and/or run your business, developing your vision, setting goals, prospecting techniques, practical contact knowledge, efficiently running your transactions, handling sales objections and much more to make sure you have all the tools necessary for a successful business.
  2. Mentoring: Every agent in the business of selling real estate whether they are new or experienced needs a support team of mentors to make sure they are doing what's best for their clients. This is why we provide a team of full time transaction advisors to help answer questions about transactions, review contracts and make sure our agents feel comfortable in any situation.
  3. Coaching: It is easy to lose sight of your goals and vision in any business, especially in real estate, because most of the time you are the only employee. So having a personal coach is a must to keep you accountable to your goals and advise changes to improve performance. Meetings can be setup on a weekly, monthly or a regular basis that meets your needs.
